Terminal Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Terminal Account Manager to lead ZTE’s consumer device business with key accounts in Bulgaria across Operator and Open Market channels. The role focuses on sales growth, account profitability, customer relationship management and providing market feedback to guide product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage device sales for assigned key accounts in Bulgaria, covering both Operator and Open Market business.
• Drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities and achieve agreed sales and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts and business reports, and develop short‑ and long‑term account plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with customers and internal teams, resolve escalations and ensure smooth execution.
• Present ZTE’s latest products and strategy, track market trends, pricing and competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to internal teams.
• Understand customer decision‑making structures and prepare commercial proposals and quotations for key opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience in telecommunications, mobile devices or consumer electronics, preferably with Operator/Open Market account exposure.
• Fluent in Bulgarian and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation, account management and analytical skills.
• Result‑oriented, able to multitask, work under pressure with integrity, honesty and a collaborative style.
