Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join its growing team in Bulgaria. You will work on the customization, rollout, and maintenance of ServiceNow platforms for multiple clients, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and develop custom features on the ServiceNow platform, both client‑side and server‑side.
• Prepare technical specifications, support testing, and assist with rollout activities.
• Provide technical consulting and expertise on ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• ServiceNow development and scripting.
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration (CSA certification preferred).
