Key responsibilities

• Work, lead, or manage remote team members to ensure tasks are completed on time with high quality.
• Engage in client‑facing activities to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
• Implementation experience in ITSM and any two of ITOM Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, App Engine, Workflow Data Fabric.
• Experience building integrations through REST or SOAP.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven client‑facing experience.
• Ability to work, lead, or manage remote teams.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (or other modules).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI/GenAI topics and German language.
