Customer Relations Consultant with Foreign Languages

About the role

We are looking for multilingual Customer Relations Consultants to join our international team. You will provide high‑quality support to customers in various languages, working either from our Sofia office, a hybrid schedule, or remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email or chat, answering product and service queries.
• Handle back‑office email requests, process documentation and maintain records.
• Review online content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Support international business clients by coordinating requests and daily operations.
• Contribute to a safe digital environment through content moderation.

Required profile

• C1 proficiency in one of the listed languages (German, French, Dutch, Danish, Polish, Spanish, Italian, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, Russian).
• English level B2 or higher.
• Excellent communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
• Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
