Cyber Strategy & Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a consultant‑minded professional to join our international consulting practice and help organisations define and execute their cybersecurity strategy and transformation programmes. You will work on high‑impact client engagements, translating complex security challenges into practical, regulatory‑aligned solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies that align with client business objectives and risk appetite.
• Support clients in meeting regulatory requirements such as NIS2, DORA and GDPR and align with standards like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS and COBIT.
• Conduct cyber‑maturity assessments, identify improvement areas and drive transformation initiatives.
• Analyse and mitigate cyber risks across people, processes and technology.
• Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations and build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, IT strategy or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven project‑management skills in dynamic, cross‑functional environments.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to translate technical topics for non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and holder of an EU passport.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, COBIT).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR, NIS2 Directive).
• Experience with vulnerability‑management tools, SIEM and IAM solutions.
