Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive Huawei's growth in Bulgaria by targeting the pan‑government and power‑electric sectors. You will work closely with channel partners to create and close high‑value opportunities, ensuring a win‑win relationship for all parties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close key sales opportunities within the pan‑government and power‑electric markets in Bulgaria.
• Select and engage channel partners that align with target market sectors.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint opportunities and win projects.
• Promote Huawei’s core solutions to targeted customers in cooperation with partners.
• Manage and coordinate activities with channel partners according to Huawei policy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of ICT sales experience in Bulgaria, preferably within government or power‑industry segments.
• Strong market insight and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business engagement with customers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
