Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to Estonian‑speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, empathetic resolutions.
• Record all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, service updates and internal processes.
• Contribute to team performance targets such as satisfaction scores and first‑contact resolution rates.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously improve skills.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written) – non‑negotiable.
• Valid EU passport.
• Good command of English for daily workplace communication.
• Previous experience in customer support or a client‑facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a genuine passion for helping people.
