French Digital Trust & Safety Analyst – Content Moderation

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our content moderation team in Sofia. You will help keep a popular social media platform safe by reviewing French user‑generated content and advertisements against platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess French language posts, comments, and ads for policy compliance.
• Make accurate moderation decisions and provide clear rationale.
• Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of platform guidelines and local regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (native or near‑native proficiency).
• EU passport or valid Bulgarian work permit.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
