German Customer Support Advisor

About the role

Join a fast‑growing team that provides front‑line support for a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. Based in Sofia, you will be the primary point of contact for German‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and deliver professional, courteous support in German.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve administrative and technical queries related to products, accounts and billing.
• Maintain accurate customer data in internal systems and perform necessary updates.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised departments when required.
• Identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Monday‑Sunday) with flexible shift lengths.
• Ability to start on‑site and transition to a hybrid schedule after four months, based on KPI performance.
