German Speaking Support Specialist – Full Sponsorship

About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a German Speaking Support Specialist and start your international career in a fast‑growing Customer Experience (CX) environment. The position is based in Sofia and includes full work‑permit sponsorship, relocation assistance and a supportive onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service across phone, email, chat and ticket channels.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive CX.
• Identify, assess and resolve customers' needs and inquiries.
• Provide product support and troubleshooting for a range of services.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a customer‑support environment.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
