Junior Manual QA Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role you will test web applications, create and execute test plans, report issues and help ensure overall product quality. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and support deployments across environments.

Key responsibilities

• Test and check web applications and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Gather required information/documents from various sources for testing.
• Create and write test plans, test cases, and test notes.
• Perform manual testing to identify issues.
• Report results clearly and help maintain high quality.
• Track and report bugs, ensuring they are fixed.
• Contribute to continuous product quality improvement.
• Deploy updates on Production/Staging environments.
• Create and maintain configurations in JSON and YAML formats.
• Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, VSCode, and Git.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a Manual QA role.
• Basic understanding of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience creating test cases and performing end‑to‑end testing.
• Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of product development and improvement practices.
