Quality Engineer – Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Engineer specialized in electronics to support a leading European provider of innovative solutions for the solar and energy sectors. You will act as the main point of contact for quality issues, ensuring that customer and supplier concerns are resolved efficiently and that product quality continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with external stakeholders on quality‑related matters.
• Handle customer complaints using 8D and Problem Solving (PS) methodologies and prepare related reports.
• Prepare supplier complaints, monitor the status of claimed goods, and ensure timely feedback from suppliers.
• Track and follow up on corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer and supplier complaints.
• Initiate meetings, conference calls, and other discussions with suppliers regarding quality issues related to raw materials and components.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in electronic product/component production.
• Knowledge and professional experience in quality management, failure analysis, and new product development.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
