Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager for a leading international manufacturing company. The role focuses on achieving production targets, coordinating equipment activities, and driving continuous improvement across sites.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of production targets in output, quality, and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate activities related to production equipment and contribute to capital investment planning.
• Organize and oversee implementation of approved investment plans.
• Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.
• Coordinate activities across production sites to ensure efficient operations and alignment with company objectives.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and propose initiatives to enhance processes, efficiency, and technology.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar management position within a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude.
