Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will represent iSTYLE, the first Apple Premium Partner in Bulgaria, by delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales. You will use product knowledge and modern selling techniques to meet monthly targets while maintaining a professional store image.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, attend to customers, and promote sales.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, cross‑sell and upsell Apple products.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy, and visually merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stay informed about all products, promotions, and new releases.
• Assist with stock receipt, replenishment, and merchandise processing.
• Identify security risks, handle theft situations promptly and professionally.
• Follow all store policies, especially those related to payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certifications, and enroll in training portals.
• Gather customer feedback, address complaints efficiently, and escalate when necessary.
