Sales Assistant

About the role

Alchemista.bg is seeking a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its boutique stores in Sofia. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover niche fragrances and high‑quality skincare while delivering a personalized, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain visual standards, organize displays and ensure stock is replenished.
• Assist with online order fulfilment and respond to customer inquiries.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new product launches and brand values.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.
• Organizational ability to manage inventory and keep the store presentable.
• Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, perfumery or fashion is a plus.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods.
• Interest in beauty, fragrances and skincare with a desire to continuously learn product knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with standard office applications.
