Sales Development Representative – French Speaking

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join its B2B Sales Services team. You will drive revenue generation for leading global brands by managing high‑volume inbound and outbound sales activities across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales motions, contacting prospects via phone, email, video and social media.
• Identify alternative decision‑makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and other desk‑research methods.
• Adhere to response‑time SLAs and mandatory sales cadences.
• Maintain and update prospect interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Move qualified leads through the sales funnel and hand them off to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly metrics to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Minimum 1.5 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or advertising sales.
• Proven ability to uncover high‑potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent time‑management and the ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) experience.
• Sales Navigator or similar prospect‑research tools.
