Senior Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Senior Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage routine and complex customer orders, including consignment and multi‑source scenarios.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales and production to guarantee correct product, equipment and paperwork.
• Record and resolve customer complaints, leading corrective actions when service failures occur.
• Provide regular reporting on invoice accuracy, complaint handling and speed of resolution.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Bulgarian; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to innovate.
