Serbian Customer Service Specialist (Sofia)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Serbian Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Sofia. You will provide high‑quality support to Serbian‑speaking customers through phone, email and chat, helping them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in Serbian via phone, email and chat.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with empathy and efficiency.
• Record interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and support continuity.
• Stay up‑to‑date on products, procedures and services.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Serbian (C1) and English (minimum B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Resilient, patient and able to handle challenging interactions.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of prioritising tasks.
• Team player who thrives in multicultural settings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems.
• Experience using CRM tools.
