ServiceNow Analyst – Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity

About the role

Join the EBRD Information Technology division as a ServiceNow Analyst supporting risk, compliance and business continuity solutions. You will work with experienced ServiceNow engineers and business teams to configure, test and maintain IRM, BCM and GRC modules. The role offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise‑grade ServiceNow and risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow IRM, BCM and GRC solutions.
• Design, test and maintain workflows for risk, compliance, audit and business continuity processes.
• Maintain risk registers, controls, compliance records and related data.
• Support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues and assist with release activities.
• Provide user support and resolve ServiceNow IRM/GRC incidents.
• Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation and training materials.
• Support audit evidence collection, reporting and platform governance requirements.
• Monitor system changes and ensure configuration standards are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and user experience.
• Assist with other ServiceNow modules and initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow and interest in developing technical skills.
• Interest or experience in risk, compliance, audit, or business continuity.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001 or GDPR (advantage).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a user‑focused approach.
• Knowledge of ITIL, incident or change management (plus).
• ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage but not required.
