System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive System Administrator to join our Internal IT team at Americaneagle.com. You will support both Windows and macOS endpoints, as well as Windows and Linux servers, helping our employees stay productive in a fast‑growing digital agency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for employees, including software and hardware installation.
• Patch cables, design and implement network infrastructure.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Set up new users and configure their physical workspaces.
• Manage and maintain Office 365 services (Outlook, Teams, Office suite).
• Deploy operating systems to workstations and laptops.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory services.

Required profile

• Experience with Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 and macOS.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components.
• Familiarity with ManageEngine Endpoint Central and JAMF.
• Exposure to RSAT, especially Active Directory.
• VoIP software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Proficiency with scripting and command‑line tools (PowerShell, CMD, Terminal).
• Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, VPN).
• Passion for problem‑solving, continuous learning and teamwork.
