Team Leader Sourcing

About the role

VEO Worldwide Services is seeking a proactive Team Leader to head its commercial sourcing team. You will drive daily operations, inspire a group of collaborators and ensure the team meets its performance targets while contributing to the company’s mission of turning surplus stock into sustainable opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5+ collaborators, working side‑by‑side on a daily basis.
• Oversee daily sourcing activities and ensure targets are consistently met.
• Track key performance indicators, analyse results and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a passion for developing others.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2+).
• Bachelor’s degree.
