French & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (3‑month)

About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a French‑English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist for a three‑month assignment starting early August 2026. You will work onsite in Sofia, reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with company policies while protecting the platform from risky or disturbing material.

Key responsibilities

• Review back‑office user‑generated information, including potentially sensitive content.
• Take prompt action on items that violate guidelines or pose security risks.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of internal policies and apply them accurately.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively mitigate emerging threats.
• Document decisions and provide clear rationale for actions taken.

Required profile

• European passport or valid Schengen visa.
• High attention to detail and comfort handling sensitive information.
• Strong logical reasoning to defend decisions and provide context.
• Ability to recognize behavioral patterns and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for high‑volume work.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or inappropriate content is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluent French (minimum B2 level).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
