About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support in French and English via phone, email and chat.
• Answer product‑related questions, handle account inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal departments.
• Review and moderate online content to ensure compliance with community and safety standards.
• Document interactions accurately and follow internal processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good technical understanding and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
