Medical Director, Medical Affairs – Neurology (Remote, Europe)

About the role

The Medical Director, Medical Affairs – Neurology will act as the Global Lead Medical Monitor for pan‑regional or global neurology trials, providing therapeutic and protocol‑specific guidance to project teams while shaping the scientific direction of the program.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Global Lead Medical Monitor (GLMM) for assigned neurology trials, delivering therapeutic and protocol‑specific training to project teams.
• Provide medical input into the design of clinical development programs, study protocols, research papers and client‑focused white papers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of therapeutic advances, marketplace developments and relevant clinical literature through internal meetings, conferences and literature review.
• Assist in achieving departmental revenue targets and support senior‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing final study reports (CSRs) and other study documentation such as protocols and ISS/ISEs.
• Demonstrated ability to support Business Development activities, including proposal generation, feasibility assessments and review of contracts for medical services.
• Experience interacting with sponsors and attending high‑level meetings as directed by senior management.
