About the role

Trading 212 serves over 5 million clients and manages more than €30 billion in assets. The Product Recruiter is responsible for hiring Product Owners and Product Managers to accelerate product development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle hiring for Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Build and maintain proactive product‑talent pipelines ahead of demand.
• Assess candidate relevance, secure timely decisions, and lead offer conversations to acceptance.
• Provide hiring managers with evidence‑based recommendations to adjust profiles, search strategies, or interview processes.

Required profile

• Proven ownership of product hiring within a technology company, including pipeline creation, candidate qualification, stakeholder management, and closing hires.
• Ability to differentiate strong Product Owners from strong Product Managers and articulate contextual differences.
• Track record of rescuing difficult product searches, influencing hiring decisions with data, and improving recruitment processes.
