Sales Development Representative - E-commerce Marketing Agency

About the role

Hustler Marketing is looking for a Sales Development Representative to represent the agency to potential new clients and drive new business through proactive outbound. The role focuses on selling digital agency services mainly to DTC brands, building and owning your own pipeline and taking prospects through discovery and sales calls to closed deals. It reports to the Vice President and Managing Director and is a hands-on, autonomous position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own your outbound pipeline using cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls and other channels
• Run discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, from first contact to close
• Qualify prospects and tailor the pitch to each prospect's situation and goals
• Manage the CRM platform, keep records accurate and report progress weekly
• Use AI tools and automation to speed up outreach, research, personalization and follow-up
• Follow up leads, nurture prospects and suggest improvements to the sales process
• Help onboarding new clients, assist Account Managers and Strategists, and support upselling to retainers
• Provide sales insights and help meet quarterly and annual targets

Required profile

• Experience selling in a digital agency environment, ideally to DTC brands, covering cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, discovery calls, negotiation, audits and proposals
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Google Workspace and sales/outbound tools
• Remote work availability and responsiveness during office hours
