Senior SAP ABAP Developer

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to join its Bulgarian Technology team. You will work on complex global projects across multiple industries, collaborating closely with functional teams and business users to deliver high‑quality SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create development standards and checklists.
• Develop programs that conform to functional and technical specifications.
• Plan and execute unit, string and integration testing.
• Adapt existing methods to devise alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Inform the application team lead of any issues that may affect other project areas.
• Maintain close contact with functional teams and business users to define development requirements.
• Model and design changes to data structure, storage and integration according to requirements.

Required skills

• SAP ABAP/4 programming with SAP development tools.
• Dialog Programming, Smart Forms, SAP Script, User Exits.
• ABAP/4 Dictionary and Business Add‑Ins.
• Report development, performance tuning, modification and support of SAP custom and standard code.
• SQL Trace, SAP run‑time analysis, debugging and ABAP Query.
• Oracle 9i and Oracle 10g database knowledge.
