Bilingual French & English Content Moderator

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Content Moderator to join Alorica’s Sofia team. In this role you will help ensure that user‑generated content on our platforms complies with community standards while supporting AI training initiatives. You will work closely with a multicultural team to uphold the integrity of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate user‑generated content such as comments, videos and tags for policy compliance.
• Provide accurate feedback to improve AI‑driven moderation tools.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work on rotational on‑site shifts as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work on‑site in Sofia.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following moderation guidelines.
