Candidate Relations Expert - Maternity Cover

About the role

Advent Group, a marketing company specializing in graduate education and corporate learning since 2004, is hiring a Candidate Relations Expert in Sofia as a maternity cover. The role matches prospective students with business schools and universities and takes ownership of the candidate journey for assigned events, from registration and qualification through matching and confirmation to event participation. It involves travelling between 2 and 4 times per year.

Key responsibilities

• Screen prospective students' profiles and match them with the most suitable business schools based on study preferences, experience, goals and admission requirements.
• Guide candidates through the pre-event journey and help them identify suitable education options.
• Monitor candidate engagement and event performance and take proactive action to support participation and meeting quality.
• Lead correspondence with universities and business schools to define their requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Brief and update universities and business schools on the pre-event process, candidate profiles and matching progress.
• Attend in-person and virtual events to support candidates and facilitate their meetings with participating schools.
• Contribute to developing and optimizing CRM processes, tools and internal applications.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer relations or career advising.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Humanities, Business, Marketing, Education or a related field is an advantage.
• International experience or education is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
