About the role
You will inspire training participants with the latest technical developments from our clients and impart essential technical knowledge, while supporting their professional and personal growth.
Key responsibilities
- Inspire participants with cutting‑edge motorcycle technologies.
- Support participants in developing professional and personal skills.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work at state‑of‑the‑art training facilities operated by leading automobile and motorcycle manufacturers.
Required profile
- Class A driver’s licence.
- Mother‑tongue Bulgarian or Romanian.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative motorcycle developments.
- Enjoyment of explaining motorcycle‑related information and leadership topics.
- Excellent written and spoken German, confident demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Proven professional experience.
- Willingness to travel.
