Financial Processes Trainer

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Financial Processes Trainer to support onboarding and continuous development of new hires in its finance operations. The role focuses on delivering process training, standardising content across regions, and ensuring training aligns with evolving SAP‑based financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for financial processes, including invoice processing, AP/AR, and reporting.
• Identify standardisation opportunities and collaborate with trainers from other regions.
• Conduct skills analyses, up‑skill and cross‑skill batches, and track training throughput.
• Maintain training materials and simulations in line with process changes.
• Work with Operations and Delivery Quality teams to close training gaps and produce regular training reports.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English.
• Minimum 3 + years experience in customer service, finance operations or complex back‑office training programs.
• Hands‑on experience delivering training and coaching teams.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and presentation abilities.
