Instructional Designer

About the role

Exadel is seeking an Instructional Designer to create engaging AI‑focused digital learning experiences for its global clients. You will work within the Learning & Development department to transform complex technical content into clear, learner‑friendly modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning experiences with a strong focus on AI‑related content.
• Analyze training needs and define solutions for self‑paced and blended formats.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to set learning goals, target audiences, and success criteria.
• Structure learning journeys, courses, activities, assessments and supporting materials.
• Develop courses directly in the Sana Learn LMS using its built‑in authoring features.
• Create video scripts, knowledge checks, practice tasks, assessments and job aids, including AI‑avatar videos with Synthesia.
• Review and continuously improve learning content based on feedback and business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in instructional design, e‑learning development or corporate training.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
• Strong skills in structuring information and simplifying complex content.
• Proven ability to work with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
