Digital Content & Learning Designer

About the role

As an Instructional & E‑Learning Designer you will shape the digital learning experience across Flix. You will create engaging learning content, optimise learning technologies and support initiatives that enable employees to grow and succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create e‑learnings and expand the Flix Learning Management System (FlixUni) with videos, animations, graphics, text‑to‑speech and AI implementations.
• Support Flix’s international expansion, including LATAM and India, by delivering localized learning solutions.
• Translate user needs into efficient projects such as process automation, workflow streamlining, tech improvements and new feature development.
• Focus on UX to increase motivation and engagement for digital learning.
• Drive continuous improvement of the LMS, implement new processes and increase global usage and acceptance.
• Identify business needs, set up, execute and deliver projects across multiple departments.
• Manage existing stakeholders and new acquisitions, resolving issues via the JIRA service desk.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in content creation or e‑learning design.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (Docebo is a plus).
• Passionate, innovative designer with empathy for stakeholder needs.
• Proactive mindset, able to own and execute projects.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints).
• Fluent in English.
