Customer Training Specialist – German Language

About the role

Deliver live and on‑demand instructor‑led training using a variety of modalities and technologies. Facilitate virtual instructor‑led sessions for end‑user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live and on‑demand instructor‑led training via multiple channels.
• Facilitate virtual instructor‑led training for customers and partners worldwide.
• Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure a consistent experience.
• Update, translate and localise training materials as directed.
• Review feedback, identify improvements and implement changes.
• Maintain participant records, including registration, test scores, evaluations and attendance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer training, virtual education or L&D environments.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience delivering ILT/VILT learning programs.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms like Skilljar.
