German Trainer – Learning Operations

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Trainer to join our Learning Operations team in Sofia. The role will support new‑hire onboarding, design and deliver training programs, and ensure training alignment with process changes across finance and back‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver process training and onboarding for new hires, covering SAP‑based financial processes.
• Identify standardisation opportunities and integrate training with other regional trainers.
• Conduct skills analyses, up‑skill and cross‑skill batches, and track training throughput.
• Maintain training materials and simulations in line with process updates.
• Collaborate with Operations and Delivery Quality teams to close training gaps and produce reports for management.
• Organise review meetings with management, clients and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English.
• Minimum 3 + years experience in customer service, finance operations or complex back‑office training programs.
• Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and delivering training to professional teams.
