Croatian and Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

TELUS Digital Bulgaria, a leading provider of customer experience services, is hiring a Customer Support Representative who speaks Croatian and Slovenian and has a good level of English. The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and the company will help you relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to and respond to customer queries by phone and email
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to meet clients' requests
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Required profile

• No prior experience in a similar role required
• Fluent Croatian and Slovenian
• Good level of English
