Customer Care Advisor – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Care Advisor to join Concentrix’s e‑commerce support team for a leading Beauty & Wellness brand. You will interact with customers via email, phone and chat, ensuring a seamless experience and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts through email, phone and chat.
• Provide product information, troubleshoot issues and guide customers through resolutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and take ownership of outcomes.
• Achieve performance metrics, targets and service quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
