About the role

Join a leading global social media advertising team as a Digital Ad Sales Specialist fluent in French. You will work from our Sofia office, helping small‑to‑medium businesses maximize their advertising performance while receiving comprehensive training from Accenture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers, driving revenue growth through consultative selling.
• Identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
• Conduct proactive outreach and responsive support via phone and email, regularly reviewing campaign performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize ad spend and increase client investment.
• Develop deep expertise in social media advertising products, track trends, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge in customer support, marketing, or advertising is a plus.
• Strong relationship‑building and multi‑touch upselling abilities.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and solution‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in French (both written and spoken).
• Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
