About the role

Join TELUS Digital in Sofia as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist. You will review user‑generated back‑office information, including potentially sensitive content, and ensure compliance with established policies. The role involves taking prompt action on violations, staying current with internal guidelines, and identifying patterns to mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Review user‑generated back‑office information and ensure compliance with policies.
• Take prompt and appropriate action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks.
• Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation.
• Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks.

Required profile

• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable processing sensitive information.
• Strong ability to defend decisions with logical reasoning.
• Ability to identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision‑making.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills for shifting priorities and high volumes of work.
• Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other inappropriate information is an asset.

Required skills

• Fluent in Polish (B2 or higher).
• English language skill at B2 level or higher.
