E-learning Creator – Global Design Projects

About the role

As an Instructional & E‑Learning Designer you will shape Flix’s digital learning experience, creating engaging e‑learning content and expanding the FlixUni LMS platform. You will support the company’s international growth, translating user needs into effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning modules, videos, animations, graphics, text‑to‑speech and AI‑enhanced content for FlixUni.
• Support Flix’s expansion into LATAM and India by adapting learning materials for new regions.
• Translate user requirements into efficient projects, including process automation and workflow improvements.
• Focus on user experience to boost motivation and engagement with digital learning.
• Drive continuous improvement of the LMS, implementing new processes and increasing global adoption.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues via the JIRA service desk.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in e‑learning design or related creative fields.
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (Docebo experience a plus).
• Proactive mindset with ownership of projects.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, sprints).
