Enterprise AI Architect (Claude Code Skills)

About the role

Exadel is hiring an Enterprise AI Architect to act as a Forward Deployed Engineer who designs and builds reusable skills for Claude Code. The team works closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to turn their requirements, reference materials and operational knowledge into reliable Claude Code Skills. This is a hands-on engineering role combining software development, prompt and context engineering and business process automation.

Key responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders and domain experts to understand their objectives, processes, constraints and expected outcomes
• Analyse business requirements, documentation, examples and templates provided by stakeholders
• Identify workflows and use cases suitable for implementation or improvement with Claude Code Skills
• Design, implement, test and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills
• Create skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference material, validation logic and reusable workflow components
• Turn complex or ambiguous business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents
• Evaluate skill behaviour with realistic scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria, and improve reliability and usability through iteration
• Provide technical leadership: review, direction and unblocking for other engineers

Required profile

• Strong hands-on experience with Claude Code in real software-development or business-workflow scenarios
• Practical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents
• Proven software engineering experience building, reviewing, testing and maintaining production-quality solutions
• Ability to turn business requirements and domain knowledge into technical designs and executable workflows
• Experience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions
• Ability to own the technical shape of the whole capability: standards, shared components, evaluation and release strategy, backwards compatibility
• Ability to make and justify platform-level decisions such as agent harnesses, integration architecture and build-versus-adopt strategies

• Authoring Claude Code Skills, plugins or MCP servers
• LLM evaluation tooling such as promptfoo or LangSmith
• Consulting or professional services background
• HR technology, compensation and benefits, payroll or workforce analytics domain exposure
• Building internal developer tools or a platform capability
• Open-source agent tooling, published skills or plugins, conference talks or technical writing on agentic engineering
