French‑Speaking Retail Customer Service Specialist – Sofia

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic French‑speaking professional to join our retail support team in Sofia. You will be the friendly voice behind a leading international retail brand, helping French‑speaking shoppers enjoy a seamless experience from browsing to post‑purchase delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat in French, providing clear and prompt assistance.
• Assist shoppers with order placement, payment verification, shipping updates, exchanges and returns.
• Offer tailored advice on product sizes, availability and promotional offers.
• Resolve complaints, billing queries and delivery issues with professionalism.
• Record customer details, feedback and support tickets accurately in the internal CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in French (C1/C2) and solid English (B2+).
• EU citizenship or an unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and empathy.
• Customer‑first attitude with attention to detail in order processing.
• Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce support or call‑center environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for logging and managing customer interactions.
