About the role

Join Regiocom’s fast‑growing customer service team in Stara Zagora. As a German Customer Service Specialist you will support German‑speaking clients through phone, email and chat, delivering high‑quality assistance in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate solutions to enquiries on billing, technical issues, product information and account management.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, track escalations and meet service‑level targets.
• Document case details following compliance, data security and quality‑assurance guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes.
• Stay updated on client products, services and support tools through regular training.
• Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Fluency in German (C1+) and English (B1+), both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and patience in handling complex situations.
• Attention to detail, reliability and good organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital communication tools.
• Eligibility to work in Bulgaria and willingness to be based in Stara Zagora.
