Inbound Customer Support Specialist – French & English (Day Shifts, Weekends Off)

About the role

We are launching a new bilingual project in the transport sector and need enthusiastic phone‑based professionals to join our team in Stara Zagora. As an Inbound Customer Support Specialist you will handle incoming calls, provide clear information and ensure every caller ends the conversation with a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in French and English.
• Provide accurate information about transport services.
• Maintain a friendly and professional tone throughout each interaction.
• Document call details in the internal system.
• Meet performance targets without engaging in sales or written correspondence.

Required profile

• Fluent French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Positive, people‑oriented attitude.
• Good computer literacy.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Required skills

• None beyond language proficiency and basic computer use.
