About the role

A client of Ansius is looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a multilingual team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inbound calls
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
Assist with administrative and technical questions
Provide information on products, services and billing
Maintain accurate customer records
Escalate complex issues effectively
Contribute to a positive customer journey by identifying additional customer needs

Required profile

Fluent German
Passion for helping others
