About the role
A client of Ansius is looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a multilingual team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Key responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inbound calls
- Analyze and resolve customer inquiries
- Assist with administrative and technical questions
- Provide information on products, services and billing
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Escalate complex issues effectively
- Contribute to a positive customer journey by identifying additional customer needs
Required profile
- Fluent German
- Passion for helping others
