French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

A globally recognised sportswear and athletic brand is recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a full-time, on-site position in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide pre- and post-purchase customer care by email, voice and live chat, helping shoppers with questions about products, sizing, orders, deliveries and returns.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French across voice, email and live chat channels
• Answer pre-sale product questions and post-purchase service needs
• Assist with order tracking, exchanges, returns and digital account management
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in CRM software
• Keep responses prompt, courteous and aligned with brand standards
• Work closely with team members and internal leads to raise customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C1/C2), written and spoken
• Strong verbal communication, active listening and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centred, empathetic and professional approach
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Previous experience in customer support, contact centres or retail is preferred; motivated candidates are welcome
