Polish-Speaking Technical Support Advisor (Healthcare Tech)

About the role

Kats Recruitment is hiring Polish-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an international healthcare technology project based in Bulgaria. You will support medical technology products that improve patients' and users' daily quality of life, helping Polish-speaking customers with product questions, hardware and software issues, and guiding them through solutions with empathy and technical confidence. The position is full-time and remote within Bulgaria.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Polish-speaking users of specialized healthcare devices and platforms by phone and digital channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device performance, connectivity and configuration issues.
• Guide customers through setup, routine maintenance, warranty claims and device replacement workflows.
• Document all customer interactions, technical notes and resolutions accurately in validated CRM systems.
• Follow industry quality protocols, device compliance requirements and healthcare safety standards.
• Escalate complex technical malfunctions or critical cases to tier-two engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal departments to resolve cases on time.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual fluency in Polish (spoken and written).
• Strong working English (B2 or higher) for internal collaboration and documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in technical support, customer service or healthcare is an advantage; motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Strong diagnostic, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear, patient and empathetic communication.
• Ability to learn regulated medical software, devices and digital diagnostic tools.
• Attention to detail in a structured compliance environment.
