About the role

Huzzle connects talent with leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia; this role is with a performance-driven digital marketing agency that scales revenue through data-led paid media, specializing in Google Ads, paid social and conversion optimization. The Google Ads Expert takes ownership of paid search campaigns for a portfolio of clients, covering strategy, execution, optimization and reporting, and works closely with account managers and clients. The role is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and YouTube
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Monitor budgets and allocate spend to maximize ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• A/B test ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on goals and performance
• Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes and best practices

Required profile

• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proven track record of improving ROI and scaling paid campaigns
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
