Remote Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

Huzzle connects talent with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This full-time, independent contractor position is for a Meta Ads Specialist with 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The role suits a performance marketer who wants to own paid social campaigns and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
• Run paid social strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Monitor and optimise ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC and conversion rates
• Build custom and lookalike audiences, run retargeting and perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and placements
• Collaborate with creative teams and manage budgets, scaling successful campaigns
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion tracking
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of proven experience managing Meta campaigns
• Demonstrated experience with conversion-focused and/or lead generation campaigns
• Ability to analyse data, solve problems and communicate well in English
• Ability to work independently remotely and with international teams

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Meta Pixel, conversion tracking and retargeting
• A/B testing and creative analysis
• Nice to have: GA4, Shopify, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, CRO knowledge
